Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling Policy:
We ask that patients be respectful of our time, and the time of others being seen in our office. Unlike other doctor’s offices, we do not double book appointments, nor do we want our patients to endure lengthy waiting times. Unlike other chiropractic offices, we spend time with our patients, and value that time you have scheduled with us to collaborate the needs of your health and wellbeing.
As a courtesy, we do send e-mail and text reminders for appointments. Please make sure we have your correct information for these and review these reminders. Failure to receive these reminders is not an excuse for a missed appointment.
We understand that sometimes situations are out of one’s control and if you need to cancel or reschedule without 24 hours notice, please communicate with our office via phone or text at 636-282-8333 or e-mail [email protected]. We do not charge this fee for extenuating circumstances such as poor weather conditions, illness, deaths, or being in labor.
If you miss an appointment or cancel without 24 hours notice and communication of extenuating circumstances, you will be responsible for fees for that visit.
For a new patient appointment, the fee is $150, pre-payment will be required to reschedule an appointment, and applied to services rendered.
For a returning patient appointments, the fee is $50. This will be charged to your card on file or collected prior to your next appointment.
A deposit may be required to schedule future appointments and individuals who habitually violate this policy may be terminated from care.
If you are late to your appointment by 10 minutes or more, please call the office to see if we can still see you, or move you to a different time.
